This branch of studies is ideal for those who love working with children and infants and is divided into two levels, each of which has different admission prerequisites:

Certificate III: you will learn what is needed for working with children and infants; you will also learn to create and manage scholastic programs, based on the classes assigned and legislative requirements.

Diploma: with the diploma you will be able to work with children of 12 years and under. It is ideal for working in a multicultural country like Australia, and you will learn the best techniques for teaching classes with children of diverse ethnicity and nationality. You will also acquire skills regarding the relevant legislation.

Available courses in Child care are:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Double Certificate (includes the Certificate and the Diploma)

You can combine more than one consecutive course under the same visa without having to apply for more visas or leave the country.
